I have used a car transport firm before and had an ok experience, but this transport was great, thanks AAA Auto Transport. All of the employees I had contact with were outstanding and were very customer service oriented. I live on the west coast and the vehicle needed to be transported to the east coast to my son who is in the military in some of the worst winter weather the midwest and east coast has experienced in many years thanks to La Nina!!! Fortunately the driver that picked up the vehicle was the same driverwho transported the vehicle from start to finish. From when I reserved this firm, to when they told me they were coming to pick up the vehicle, to when they actually picked it up, to when they called me to give me an update on the arrival of the vehicle, to when they dropped it off, was done very professionally. The only negative I listed was that the vehicle was exteremly dirty due to the snow and the bad weather that the carrier had to drive through, which clearly isn't the transporters fault.
Overall, my experience with AAA Auto Transport and their subcontractor hauler was oustanding, to include the lowest price I found on the internet. I would definently recommend this firm to coordinate transporting your vehicle.
